So, I've created this link so that members interested in advertising with me can click a link on the footer and have a prewritten title.

I tried to do the same for the Contact Us form (/misc/contact) and am unable to.
I would like the title to say: Report Copywrite/DMCA Violation
If possible, it would be nice for the start of the message to say: Paste link to infringement:
