SamKEY unsupported fimware - Network unlock A13

I am a new member and I thank this forum for allowing me.

Please I need help in terms of unlocking my Samsung phone which is unsupported firmware by SamKey.



Please can someone guide me - do I need to downgrade or what must I do?
