XenForo Slow Giphy loading (spins)

Giphy is always super slow to load thumbs when searching and in selecting them they spin forever before insetting. I have noticed this not only on my sites but here on XF. Could this have to do with XF's side, or is Giphy really this unreliable? Thanks
