So, I noticed this a few days ago but wanted to wait for an updated build here before filing this bug.
I usually add tags in bulk as in I create them in a text file separated by commas and copy pasting the whole string of text. Works fine on 2.2.x. Right now on 2.3, the tag field does not expand at all. Even if you add the tags manually at the moment.
It is sort of annoying that 2.3 does not allow editing of existing tags. On 2.2, if you press back, it makes the latest tag...
