XenForo Trouble Logging into Admin

Hi. I've been Having problems logging into my Admin. When I type my credentials and login, it just refreshes to same page. I cleared the browser cache for FireFox and Chrome, still does it.

We did update our php for our Wordpress site. Would that have done it?
