Bug Your account has been rejected for the following reason: Location does not match connection.

This is rubbish. How can my location not match my connection. I am sat here in my Flat in Totton, Hampshire. Where is my connection saying I am.
I am on Vodafone broadband. How can I help where they say I am. Totally ridiculous.
I was a member of shooting the breeze years ago, i no longer know the username & password & the email address is no longer in use which is why I have had to try & re-register.
Please help.
